The SHIELD program partners with current Hall Monitors in our high school buildings at Farmington Public Schools to support a safe and welcoming environment.
Safety at FPS starts with trusted relationships. SHIELD adds caring, trained adults who notice, connect, and respond early—so students can focus on learning. That’s how safety, belonging, and excellence come together at FPS.
